Build the return around uncertainty
Choose the arrangement according to how predictable the finish really is.
You do not need to know the exact final whistle months in advance. You do need an agreed return structure.

Often there is no reason for it to.
If the limo takes your group to Wembley for a football match and nobody needs the vehicle until afterwards, a planned later collection can make more sense than reserving it throughout the entire event.

Two groups can be attending the same fixture and need completely different transport.
Corporate hospitality
Presentation, punctuality and a quieter journey may matter more than a party atmosphere. A chauffeur car, premium SUV or understated limousine can be more appropriate than the largest Hummer available.
